Pay pal would not accept my attempts to pay for a camera case. Kept asking me to insert NEW CARD details which I did to no avail so after entering them twice I gave up. Since then I have received two emails from Pay Pal to say that I have enterred two new cards on a list which I havent its the same old one that they have had for over a year. I do not like putting in my card details over and over again without some form of acceptance or progress. Now I find that they refuse to acknowledge my return emails to an invoice they have issued. Why do I need and invoice instead of payment in the normal manner. Any way the sale is stalled until somebody explains why I have to put in new details as asked in the final payment area Instead of proceeding as we have a hundred times before. Dear Ebay,   You have requested me to send feedback on some of the items i have sold. I just tried to do what you've asked me but i can't seem to leave a feedback as there was no space to write on. This particular client didn't pay me for the item (Womens Winter Jacket) she bought. I have emailed her and sent an invoice but no response whatsoever. I even told her that i was leaving the country soon and that i need this item posted before i leave but not unless she pays me first. Still no response from her.   Yes, i have left the country for a long holiday (indefinite) which is why i haven't done much about my ebay account. Therefore, i haven't seen my own feedback just yet. I'm just wondering if this woman who didn't pay me has sent her feedback on me and i'm curious to know what she said. I'm just speculating that perhaps this is why i can't write my feedback on her.   I have left this unpaid item with someone in Australia to post in case this lady decided to pay but i beleived this case has been closed. Hey, I just opened new australian  ebay account and bought earings. I paid for them immadiately but its more then 3 day and underneath symbol paid or not is still sign of hourglass with note that payment is being processed through paypal.But when I log into my paypal everything is done - paid on the day of purchase. Could you help me? Why it takes so long? I used to buy and sell things on UK ebay before and this never happened before to me. I am interested in purchasing an item however the Seller claims they do not accept paypal. I was under the impression that as a seller this was non negotiable, Sellers MUST have a paypal account in order to sell and MUST accept that form of payment. Have the rules changed? Now...
