For the non-regulars and those not aware of such scams, or those who might be checking because they got one too     Please be aware there is another 'new' PayPal scam   3 emails in a row went to an email address I have never used for PayPal   Plus, I closed my account years ago when a scammer really did try to hack my account and PayPal's only response was 'well they didn't succeed, so don't worry about it'     Obviously, I blocked without opening them   Subject heading being 'unauthorized payment processed from your PayPal account' (sic)   Sender 'PayPal customer care'     Email address blocked it came from was a  gibberish  docusign address   Do not open them, do not click on any links that might be in them   Scam scam scam       Not real       ... I am not getting my confirmation SMS text when updating payment details. I have tried several times to enter payment bank details but I do not get the confirmation SMS text to confirm it. This is ridiculously frustrating. My mobile is registered and confirmed, with the Australian prefix. Hi.  I just ordered an item and applied an eBay code but it did not complete so I requested a cancellation based upon a funding issue. EBay sent a cancellation request on December 26th but the seller sent order on 27th. EBay replied to my cancellation saying I was too late !  Well I really don’t feel I was late as the request was clearly identified as 26th and it does not make sense to say I was too late!   is it possible for eBay accept it was not my fault? ... Hi Folks,   I have had my 5th time daily payout hold AGAIN on 02Dec (I could only guess, as I didn't even receive any notification from eBay this time via messages or email. Only realised when I checked my payment page with a red banner over there). Cannot really figure out the reason why this happened. 13 years on eBay. All my account details are up to date, all information has been fully verified by eBay (Real ID, bank statement, purchase invoice etc). 0 defect, 0 negative, all seller metrics are in perfect status. Valid tracking rate is 99% (supposed to be 100% as we all know eBay never recognised all). Nothing is changed in sales or selling activity (Our daily sales remained at $2.5-3K everyday since a couple of years ago).   Being told it was a 5 days hold apparently it has passed the due date. Still nothing. All previous payouts holds were released less than 24Hrs. Quickest just around 2 Hrs.    I completely understand and respect the performance check however at least we should be given a reason as which part has fallen below their expectation.   If anyone has experienced the same recently please let me know your thought.    TIA.    ... Hi there, I recently updated my bank account information and as part of the verification process ebay made 2 micro deposits into my account. I'm then asked by ebay to enter these amounts to finalise verification. When i do this (entering the correct amounts) ebay keeps saying they are incorrect.
