I was told that I would get an eBay voucher valued for $50 on the 8th which is today. I have looked in my eBay but I can't find where the voucher is . Anyone know where to look for it. Thanks

I paid by paypal then get a message from seller saying he is new and asked me if I had paid. So I look up my paypal and it said payment is unclaimed. The details say he has not activated his account. Where does that leave me.
