Give the seller a chance to rectify the situation.
Sometimes new sellers do not realise they have to have a Pemier paypal account to accept payments, or they make a minor typo in entering their email address. Both of these can be reasons for them not receiving the payments.

The seller will have to have a premier Paypal account to accept payments although if they are registered they should have received an email telling them to upgrade in order to receive the payment.
Tell them that they must make sure that they have a Paypal account capable of receiving payments and that the email address used for payments must be absolutely correct. Tell them if the payment is showing in their Paypal account as unclaimed then they should click on that and it should instruct them how to claim.
Of course it could be an attempt to get you to pay by bank deposit but don't be tempted. If they are genuine theb they should call Paypal if they cannot sort it themselves.

I'd definitely wait and see what happens as posted above.
You've got 45 days to make a claim through paypal if the seller can't sort it out, so no need to rush.
