    Community Member Posts: 1 Registered: 3 minutes ago   My discount is not working   3 minutes ago Dear Sir or Madam,    this code: CPMXNM15, according to which I should get a $15 discount is not working!!!!   It seems to work first, but when I proceed to my PayPal account, it says:      This discount is not linked to this PayPal account  To use this discount, the associated email address must be linked to your PayPal account. You can add your email address to this account, try logging in to a different PayPal account, or continue your purchase without using the discount.   However, when I go into my eBay account settings, it says:    What else can you do?   Your eBay account is linked with your PayPal account: .....  Remove link.   (Removing this link will make it more difficult to buy items from sellers who require confirmed PayPal accounts).     So what should I do?   Please reply ASAP.   Thank you in advance. ... I purchased computer monitor cables from pcxitecomau, one of the pins was bent over and broken off.  I asked for an exchange and was told they would do but first I need to return the cables and I would have to pay for postage.  I said this is unreasonable as postage already cost me $10.  I was told it was ebay policy that the buyer pay for all postage.  I now want to cancel the order and received a full refund including the postage.  The seller will not do this.         ... Buyer saw add as having $7.20 postage cost of which I did not put on my add. Paypal invoice had added $7.20 for postage cost & I didn't even know at this stage what post code it was going to, so it was not me who listed this information. Hi I keep getting asked to pay my biller fee's or something ? I owe you guys for March, which is fine, I want to pay it, though a couple of weeks ago I gave all my details to you to direct debit it from my account, so just wondering, did I do it wrong ? Dear ebay, When I set up my Paypal account I linked it to a savings account and, whenever I purchased and paid with Paypal, I only had to log in to Paypal and OK the payment. and the money came out of the savings account. I've never been asked to again enter my savings account details. Today however,  when I initiated a Buy Now purchase, was directed to Paypal and asked for my credit card details whcih I didn't give. I want to make this purchase and Paypal is the only payment option but I want Paypal to use the savings account I nominated when I created my Paypal account. Thank you. ... View more
