I recently left negative feedback following a dispute, because I was unable to obtain a refund for a return. I wrote to Paypal twice a day re this dispute for six days, and received only automated replies back saying I was not eligible for a refund. As it turns out, the seller had authorised Paypal to refund me, but they did not follow his instructions. I was left feeling extremely frustrated, and thus took the only recourse I had - i.e. I left negative feedback for this transaction. When the seller saw my feedback he wrote to me asking why I would do that, - because he was under the impression that Paypal had refunded me, according to his instructions of over a week ago. Paypal's error on this occasion has resulted in my negative feedback for the seller which could significantly damage his business. I was informed today by Paypal (after the seller contacted them again), that the refund was finally to be paid into my account. I would point out that had I not left the feedback I would never have found out that the seller had authourised a refund. However, given that this has now taken place, I therefore want to revise this feedback. But your site tells me I can't. Given the circumstances, could you please reconsider this. Many thanks Corymbia 2001.
