l have had to open a paypal resolution at 5pm thursday 15th may, when can l upgrade it please ?     K, On April 25th l Bid on your Laptop, on 26th you accepted my offer. On 29th l paid via PayPal $47.00 includes $17 for postage. On 6th of May after email request to you regarding where my purchase was, you replied that you were overseas. On your Listing, you should have shown, "Seller is away from 19th April - 1st May 2014, There may be a delay in your order." This did not happen. On 6th May, you contacted me to say that you were sorry, and packing the item yourself, and will send me the Tracking number. This has not happened. I have been home everyday since the 10th May, waiting to sign for my item, nothing has arrived. It is now at the end of the 15th May (Thur.) and still nothing. I am just over this poor Transaction, and will turn the item around with unopened, to be signed by you, proof of reciept. It will cost me $17, but well spent from my point of view. Your ability to monitor your Sales whilst overseas, yet being unable to inform your Buyers that you were not "Home" to attend to their purchases, is very disappointing. Tomorrow is the last Aust. Post Delivery Day for this week. (16th) If it has not arrived, l am giving up totally. When I looked into contacting seller regarding item not arriving, I choose the option ebay supplies.. "didn't receive item" and was offered a wait date before contacting seller, regarding issue. (stating distance may take longer for posted item to arrive) I've waited until the suggested date, only to discover that my item is definately missing. After contact, seller wanted my email to reimburse me. PayPal suggests not giving emails to sellers for security reasons. I told the seller about this but they insisted that's how I'll be reimbursed. I tried to put in a claim with PayPal but little did I know at the time that there was a 45 day limit to claims, beginning from purchase date. How can a person do both? I bought a game controller,  didn't receive it in time allotted ,  so wrote to him through ebay messages,  he replyed that he would check with where he sent it through.     I didn't hear from him so I wrote again & was told they'd made a mistake & sent it elsewhere.   I haven't heard from them since.  I've written to him again a few times asking for a refund but to no avail,  I can't take it up with paypal or yourselves  as its now out side the time limit for claiming.   I've given him plenty of time to respond to me, but its taken too long.     I've had to buy another one as my grandson needed it to be  able to join with his brother playing games on the 360 I bought them the same time I ordered the controller as the xbox only had 1 controller. elizabeth9033 ... Seller claims an address in Kentucky USA came up on my E-bay Pay Pal account & in accordance with rules he has posted the item to that address despite me contacting him before the sale finished as requested to confirm he would post to Australia. On my Pay Pal postal information my Australian address was all correct & I paid the $28.63 international postage on the item. Seller claims this was not paid only local postage. I won an iPhone last Friday and paid for it via PayPal. The seller then contacted me to let me know he would be sending the iPhone first thing the following Monday morning.  Monday afternoon he contacted me  again to let me know that he can't access my payment for 21 days because he is a new seller and he needs the money now. He apologised, told me he couldn't sell me the phone, but doesn't know how PayPal works.  He said if there was anything he needed to do from his end to refund my money, to let him know.   I messaged him back and told him all he had to do was log into his PayPal account, find the transaction for the iPhone and then click on the issue refund button. I haven't heard a word from him since nor has he given me a refund.  He's already told me he's not sending the iPhone.....so what do I do if he doesn't give me a refund? I only have paypal listed as my payment option but I have received a request from a buyer to use a bank transfer as payment. I don't mind doing this for the buyer but how does it work? Won't the item show up as unpaid in my sold list or can I mark it as paid somehow? ... View more

I was given a second chance draw which is great as i really wanted the items. It is a gift for my son and was excited to be getting them, however right now i am frustrated and have lost patience. I  went to pay for the items on the 5th of March, could`nt pay thru Paypal due to problems her end however she knows of the Paypal problem. I have spoken to Paypal and they advised that she needs to register her email with them to enable buyers to use Paypal and i have advised her of this, i am still no better off here.   There is a money transfer option but refuse to pay that way as it is $105 and with no buyer protection fro Paypal, that would be silly. I must admit by this strage i was getting dubious, so i looked at her feedbacks and although she only has 3 negatives due to the Paypal problem the rest of the feedback was great. I have also rung Ebay for some advice and they sent me a link to forward to the buyer of instructions to do a manual invoice to send to me. Because of the stuff up Ebay thinks ive paid and she cannot retrieve an invoice that way, and as i cannot send  my email address thru Ebay which she needs in order to do the invoice, i have sent my ph number for her to text me and ill send the info along to her. That was 2 days ago. I messaged today and asked her to leave her ph number then and ill text her, have not heard back yet. Seems that this seller has stopped communicating to me and this is my second change draw which i have commited to so i want those items....   Please Help!!!    What do i do next???? ... View more

Hi all after some advice please I have had a buyer win 5 of my auctions and then I received an email from him saying he was happy to pay postage and a handling fee and then he gave me a western australian adress. No problem , But now the problem when I click on send invoice it comes up with an american adress and the add postage line says something along the lines of overseas postage. Ebay has removed item I had purchased and advised not to proceed if seller contacts & wishes to continu)e with transaction. It looks like Paypal have paid seller and Paypal will make deduction from my account at a later date. I wish to honour ebay instruction (as they are trying to make it a safe system for the buy/sell transactions).  How do I reverse Paypal transaction?  Seller advised they are posting item tomorrow 3.3.2014.
