Why cant items ordered from India be tracked , And why dont they arrive.

In the last few months my six out of six Ebay orders from India cannot be tracked and have not arrived. I have been getting refunds but this is just not good enough. What is going on?

COVID causes considerable delays even nationally, let alone internationally, although there are also items that arrive really fast (iHerb orders always arrive in about a week from the USA for example).
As for tracking, I assume it depends on the postage option you choose. Tracking is more expensive, in particular internationally, but if you really want peace of mind and the item is valuable, maybe you should ask for a service with tracking.
