My buyer bought the same item twice, paid for the second purchase, when I asked about the first purchase said they didn't want it. I put a cancel the order in place. I have emailed the buyer several times requesting they confirm cancelation of the order. with eBay. The buyer has not answered any of my emails. Where do I go from here?
You should not have tried to cancel the unwanted item but rather file an unpaid item dispute. Hopefully the buyer will either accept the cancellation or ignore it so that you automatically get your fee credit. Filing an unpaid item dispute guarantees your fee credit if the buyer doesn't pay.
Add the buyer to your blocked bidders list.
