Combined Invoice & Postage

Hi, I'm after some advise. I sold 4 blu ray movies to a buyer and sent him a combined Invoice and Postage costs and he paid using an e-cheque. This morning the e-cheque failed and was cancelled. I assume the buyer didn't have the funds.

I informed him of the failure of the e-cheque and I resent a New combined Invoice and postage but he insists he's not getting the combined Invoice. I have resent it 3 more times. Still he says he hasn't received it. 

Now he wants to ring me to get it sorted. Everything about this sale looks normal on my ebay selling summary. Not sure what my next step should be.
