I listed 4 items well bellow cost that weigh 5kg each. The postage was $16, which is the cost of sending 5kg in satchel. I do not know how it happened by somehow it shows as postage $16 and further items FREE. So, somebody bought 2 and paid only one postage. I did not select that option, none of my other items has that option. I cannot see how to unselect it. HELP
Thanks everybody, but it must have been eBay glitch. The function is back. It is located between the postage cost and the square to tick for free postage. I tried everything; revise, or do brand new listing, and it just was NOT there. Later on I did again have a go at new listing and it was back. Thankfully the buyer was lovely, and I just refunded the cost of the item and relisted with the proper postage. The buyer has an option to buy or leave it.
I am not a seller as you know, so I googled and probably got old info - but go to this site and see if anything would help fix it for you, a pretty quick read.
So the 2 items are not on the same listing I gather. I find using the satchel/box postage option may be an issue instead of selecting just aust post standard parcel.
Otherwise see if you have set up any postage discounts in your selling options.
This is what the postage section at the REVISE mode looks like
Use revise item, and change the postage details there.
