Hi , we got negative feedback from the buyer , and we sent few message to the eBay  and buyer , first eBay said if the buyer no reply in 5 days , they will help us remove this feedback , but now already more than 10 days , both the buyer and eBay no reply us , can you please check and help us , thanks and keep safe

FB Translation.  (I want my money back thanks).

The FB does not breach ebay rules, so can not see ebay removing it.

You aseem to be in New Zealand, but are selling and dropshipping (it would appear) from the US. Certainly USD are showing on your listings.

 

I haven't bothered to translate the negative feedback comment, but if it didn't mention a dispute, there's not much you can do.

 

This is a member board. We cannot check anything you can't. eBay do not read nor respond to board posts.

You need to keep contacting eBay if the neg feedback deserves removing.
