You do not need to speak to an eBay staff member, eBay do not sell anything

You need to contact the actual seller of the item via eBay messages if what you need to know is not covered on the listing under item description

Nobody at ebay is going to be able to tell you anything about the product as they don't have it. They can only see the ad and the photos in the ad, the same as you.

If your query is about the actual item, you'll have to contact the seller, as sandy sugegsted.

If your query is about something else, such as payment, warranty or whatever, you could post the item number and we could try to help.
