How do I get my buyer's email address for postage tracking?

INTERNATIONAL ORDER
I need the email address to complete the postage label.
I cannot request via messaging as Ebay won't allow it
Ebay states a generic email address is generated and shown on order details page - there is nothing there.
Buyer has already paid postage and Ebay will obviously take their fees so I cannot reason why they are preventing me from seeing these details.
Anyone else had this situation?

If you were paid by Paypal, click answer on the Paypal notification. That will show the buyer's real email address.
If managed payments, can't help. I haven't been subjected to it. Yet.
