How do I get my buyer's email address for postage tracking?

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

I need the email address to complete the postage label.

I cannot request via messaging as Ebay won't allow it

Ebay states a generic email address is generated and shown on order details page - there is nothing there.

Buyer has already paid postage and Ebay will obviously take their fees so I cannot reason why they are preventing me from seeing these details.

Anyone else had this situation?

try generating a postage label....but don't actually do it...it should be there in the background

Tried this - I cannot generate a label as it is an international purchase (going to Japan) so an error message pops up instead.

I should also mention, there is no email address showing in PayPal transaction details.

Do what Kopes said, he even gave you the translation to email the buyer.

As I said, if you select 'REPLY' to the Paypal email, the buyer's email address will be the one showing. C&P and you're set.
