How do I get rid of the good til cancelled option when I relist? This has me stumped.

How do I get rid of the good til cancelled option when I relist an item? 

Currently until 30th April 2023 I have a basic Store. 

but on 1st May no longer a store, due to the out of control sales fees which are killing me, but that is another story.

All fixed price items are now, Good till cancelled, so the only way not to have  GTC is to list for auction.
