My customer has bought from me before. His new email have requested that I leave him feedback. I always leave feedback when printing out a paid invoice. However this feedback was blank when I checked. So I went to leave him another good feedback my ebay system told me that I cannot leave feedback for this customers item??
Why. I do not understand this situation. He has 100% positive feedback.
Can someone help me please?

This happens occasionally.
Go to the buyer's profile and check.....sometimes the feedback has been left even when the system tells you it can't/hasn't been left.
If it is still not there, try again later.
