I have a non paying buyer. Browsing through past feedback I can see the buyer has not paid on two other occasions and negative feedback has been left. However the feedback shows 100% positive.
I have tried to leave negative feedback but I have to tick a positive transaction box before leaving the feedback . I don't usually look at others feedback reviews unless the overall score is not 100%. I do not want to give this buyer another positive but I do want to leave a negative review so others are aware. I will not be able to do either once I cancel the transaction.
Ebay does not offer help.
Has anyone experienced this and can offer me a solution?
And you go ahead and leave them 'false positive' anyway
Why ask other members if you are going to ignore them and reward the behaviour?
Of course 'buyers' like this will keep doing it when seller like yourself reward them with green ticks
And again, as for your comment see two other reviews below where buyer DOES NOT PAY
Nobody can see, nobody has a clue who the 'buyer' is
All the false positive does is reward bad buyers and puts your own account at risk of being sanctioned by eBay if the 'buyer' reports it (and tells anyone reading the feedback they can buy from you, not pay and earn themselves a green tick for doing so)
