Seller using stolen photos to sell item they don't have. Scam?

Seller refusing to remove photos of item they don't own. Advertised Linn Sondek LP12 Turntable in Cairns for $5000

Photos are quite distinct from other advertisers selling same type of turntable.

Reported to Ebay more than once but it's still there.

Is this a scam to get $$ without sending goods?

Seller has used my distinct photos of my Linn Sondek LP12 turntable from another selling site to advertise for sale as their own in Cairns. Scam??

Have notified Ebay several times and either don't get a responce or last one was no violation detected by IA.

Whose photo is it?

The rules for used items state that you have to take your own, and canโ€™t use โ€˜stockโ€™ photos

"Is this a scam"

The seller offers pick up BUT with the seller's items all scattered  supposedly in Manly NSW,  Atherton and Cairns QLD,

there's definitely red flags.

Some of the their other items are copied pics as well

They're offering pick up, so they must have one for sale.

Your other thread you said they were your photos of your item

Is your friend selling it for you?

And if so, has your friend done any reporting?

AND the seller's sold 106  items and has only received   30 feedback which includes 6 automated feedback from eBay,

2 negs and a neutral.

More red flags
