Hi, I have a UK customer wanting to return a item because they don't think it is genuine. So I have accepted the return but don't know how about sending the buyer the return postage costs. Can any one please let me know what is the best way to go about doing this, thanks in advance
If you know it IS genuine, can you prove it to your customer and paypal?
Checked your FB and you have a great record, so I certainly wouldn't be accepting a return which sounds more like a change of mind
edited to say - just cheked and you have 30 day returns, so I guess you have to accept. Hopefully another international seller will be aloong shortly to assist you, I am uncertain how O/S returns work, sorry
Thank you for your help. The item came with a COA from a AFTAL member in the UK who is very well known and very trusted in this business and I have been dealing with for over 11 years. AFTAL stands for Autograph Fair Trading Association Ltd which they try and prevent fake items and non genuine items from being sold.
The buyer had PSA/DNA which are similar to AFTAL but mainly based in the USA and their opinion which the buyer showed me said in their quick opinion the signature is not genuine. But yea I am ok with the return but eBay couldn't help because the buyer is overseas. I have asked the buyer if he has a PayPal account, I am waiting for his reply.
