I used to sell sell overseas but stopped as I got worried about customers who might say they never received their goods and I would have to refund the money (a considerable amount) and they got the item for nothing and the cash back. If a O/S bidder found my items on ebay.com.au whose rules apply i.e. say the customer was from the US. Would Australian rules apply re: with tracking and proof it was sent to the correct address or the US rule Proof of delivery?. If ebay.com.au rules apply I would like to start selling overseas again but only to US and Britan. Hope you can understand what I am trying to ask.

The rules apply in the country the item is listed from, so Aussie rules if sold here, but you would have to send with full International tracking to comply with paypal.
