Why can't I get eBay to send to new address, NOT OLD address?

eBay keeps sending to OLD address....I have changed it online, but no change!!

eBay do not sell anything nor post anything
Sellers can only post to the address you have provided
Does'nt it confirm what address it is being sent to before you finalise the purchase?
Have you changed it in both eBay AND PayPal (if you use PayPal)
Have you clicked everything that needs to be clicked?
Are you changing it on the app or the real site?
