Why can't I get eBay to send to new address, NOT OLD address?

eBay keeps sending to OLD address....I have changed it online, but no change!!

As Sandy said, do you make sure of the address at checkout? I send to a few addresses and all I do is change to the one I want at checkout. The address you are registered at does not come into it.
