can i sell item to another if buyer hasn't paid

item sold on 6/6/13 have sent invoice & msg but not reply and no payment, have another buyer msg me post auction to ask if still avail. can i offer item to second enquiry?

You will need to open a non payer dispute and 4 days later close the dispute to cancel the transaction and then you can do a second chance offer to the other interested party if they placed a bid.

If not you can relist once the dispute is closed at a buy now listing at the agreed price and re sell that way.
