delete unused postage options

How do I delete old postage options that I no longer use?

I have a long list that appears and I'd like to delete many as I no longer use them due to price change etc.

I am not sure what you mean, from your listings? When you are creating a listing? Do you have a template you use and need to delete them from there? There is usually an X along postage options that you can deselect, or a drop down box where you can select (or not)
