does anyone know when eBay will do the 100 free listings again?

i want to list about 80 postcards and at $2 each i can only do it if they are free

There is no set days and times for free listing offers, they are sent out randomly to members at different times. I have found, with two selling id's, that it is the id I have recently listed the least on, that gets the offer.
