Hover over account tab and select site prefs.
Then buyer requirements and to the right show n edit.
Set blocks you want and at the bottom is a Blocked Bidders List.
You can add any member to that including blocking them from communicating with you.
If you have recently been in a trans with someone, they will still be able to communicate for a period.
