Hi everybody, I now, don't get an email copy of the invoices I send. Until recently, I have always received an email copy of invoices that I have sent to buyers. Can anybody tell me how to get that feature back again? Did I uncheck a box somewhere? Any help is welcome. John.

Got an email saying buyer has paid via paypal, but on my ebay screen it says item unpaid. Cant find funds in paypal account either??

I haven't used ebay for quite awhile and I didn't know buyers can have strikes against them and you can block them too. Please advise how to block and where do I look to see if there is a strike against them. Ta

I have sold a large tray that sits on a ute, the person paid for it and he was going to pick it up however he has not and I have tried to contact him to no avail, I just want the thing out of my backyard what is ebay's policy or can anyone recomend my next step. Thank You

sold a 110cc quad (buy it now), failed to put in description carbie leaked but wasn't a big issue as you tap it and it stops. Buyer was told when he came to pick up but brought anyway. he now tells me after he left netural feedback and i asked why that apparently there was a swing arm broken and i knew and lied (not true) and that he's goiing to take me to court. What are my rights and should i do anthing? Last email i sent i said "shall we leave it in the hands of others then?" as it just seemed like a 'he said she said' dispute.

Is it possible to leave negative feedback for non-payers? The only way I seem able to do this is to leave the negative feedback in the positive feedback. It doesn't seem fair that you can't warn other sellers about non-payers and if you do it shows up as a positive feedback on their background.

I listed my item as 'Pick up only' . The winning bid was placed by an interstate buyer, who wants me to post it to him. He hasn't paid. I have said "no" as it is a large, fragile item, and he keeps asking. Should I just relist it & can he give me negative feedback?

When I try to Relist or Sell Similar an item with variations, half-way thru I get a red box warning saying "If you add or delete your variation details, you will replace all your variations. You will also have to re-enter the quantities and prices for your variations". I have not changed anything, just trying to Sell Similar. It won't allow me to go any further & list. I left it a few hours & it's still occurring. Is this happening to anyone else? I've done my computer maintenance & run SpyBot. Thanks for any insight witchycurls.

Ebay sent invoice to buyer in India who replied with shipping instructions and said would send money soon. I sent a reminder email on the weekend but no answer as yet. Auction was on 31stJuly which is only 1 week, but Ebay has item marked as Second chance offer, why? I am non feeling very confident. Ebay has invoiced their Final Value Fee so what happens if sale is not finalised? I am still learning so would like some advice, Thanks. Lucy0loo06

A customer has purchased a technology item from me and has advised me that on installation it doesn't work as well as the original part. The customer believes this to be an inferior replication. The part is a genuine part that was quality tested before dispatch from the manufacturer. My previous customer's have had no issues with the same product. My concern is that the customer could have damaged the part on installation. Should I trust that they haven't damaged the part? Am I liable for replacement if they have installed the part themselves. What do I do if the customer can't supply me evidence showing the part isn't working accurately/as described? Am I liable to replace the part? Or do I give the customer advice to consult with a technician? Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I want to do right by my customer, however do not believe I should be liable if product is not working due to poor installation by the customer. Thank you.

Hi There i I have used this Q&A here when ive been stuck and i have always received sound varied advice so im hoping i can get some guidance once again. I purchased a pair of jeans from seller on 7/7/12 and they were sent within a few days. I hadnt received them and messaged the seller to which she was going to supply me with a receipt number, which never came and no further messages from seller so on the 21/7/12 and i opened a dispute. I escalated the dispute on hte 1/8/12 as she claimed through the dispute that she had refunded my money (but hadn't) and today i receive a very nasty message from the seller abusing me for saying her dad died, she sent the jeans today and she is going to buy stuff from me and get her family to do the same so they can leave negative feedback. I am not only amazed but she has already purchased 1 of my buy it now options.. So she can already leave neg feedback. I have blocked her now, but i cant block everyone. What can i do? I did leave negative feedback and paypal havnt concluded who is in the right yet but im worried about my feedback. Any advice?

Is it possible to give a discount NOT a postage discount to a buyer. My buyer entered the wrong amount $860-00 instead of $8-60 when bidding and I am trying to accomodate him by offering a realistic price on the item to combine with his other purchase. I have tried to (-) the amount in the invoice without any luck. What is the good of the add on costs/give discount section if you can't do it?? I am thinking the only other option is the resolution centre am I right? Any help from the enlightened ones would be appreciated. 🙂

I have had 3 ebayers so far bidding on my items very high to make sure they win and then dont pay. I try making contact with them while they are still bidding on my other items and they dont respond! how do i stop this from happening, they even go to the extream to make sure i cant relist the item straight away. How do i stop new and old ebayers with no feedback score
