I have spoken to ebay about this and was told it would be passed on to the relevant dept. But so far nothing has been done. When you list an item for international postage and "accidentally" select "Flat cost to all buyers" then leave the cost field blank you end up having the item listed for Free postage internationally. There is no error message to warn you that the field is blank and international buyers see Free postage when looking at the listing. I know it is a careless error buy surely it is also a fault with ebay. Please fix.

Hi Ebay members, While I was trying to submit the required documents to Ebay (many error emails back to me after I sent the documents), I received another email from ebay to inform me that my account is "Indefinitely removed ability to sell....", I am very frustrated. I called the customer service to ask for reasons because I believe I always strive to follow Ebay policies. All my documents sent to them were my company certificate, ID, tax invoice... The lady explained to me that those information was inconsistent??? If those legal documents were inconsistent, what else can I submit to prove my business and to run it on Ebay??? Has anyone experienced this problem? What should I do now? Any chance to reinstate? I feel very unfair with the sudden decision from Ebay. Please advice. Thank you.

I have successfully relisted and listed a couple of hundred items in fixed price listings (as per the terms of my store) However I still have 7 listings left of my free July listings, that I had prior to my store starting. I would like to use those 7 to list Auction style listings, but don’t seem to be able to get to them. Every time I try to list something by auction. The system tells me it will cost me $3.30, despite still having the 7 “freebies” available. I’ve contacted the eBay helpline but they didn’t seem to know the answer and said the technical team would contact me....but they haven’t. can anyone provide any insight? thanks Lisa

I find the new selling overview infuriating. It is space-wasting, time-wasting, data-wasting, unnavigable, demanding and full of glitches. I want to get rid of it entirely, cache and all. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Very upset by this new policy, which has moved all my listings to 'Good till cancelled'. Ebay in fact automatically renews them without my approval after a set time, and charges me a high fee to do so. All my listings are at the lowest price possible, and now I am set to lose money on almost every deal. My current selling fee stands at over AU$40, a level never before achieved. I am in the process of ending ALL my listings until this matter is resolved.

Hi all. I ended my listings on 2nd June and want to relist them on another user. I thought that if I searched for the items on the user that I wanted to list them under, I could relist them via "Sell similar". However, these completed items do not show up, either using the Item ID or typing in the exact title wording I used to list them previously. Does anyone know why? Are they too old to show up? Thanks in advance.

On 18 June I accepted a return on a shirt and sent a parcel point return label through the eBay returns process. So far I haven't heard anything back from the buyer, The eBay return dashboard says 'We've asked the buyer to send the item back by 25 Jun. Wait until you get the item back before issuing a refund'. Does this mean he has to have posted it no later than June 25, or I have to have received it no later than June 25. Thanks Guys 🙂

The buying and selling of fur and animal pelts is a huge issue worldwide. If Ebay set a precedent by banning these sales all the other online shops would follow so why don't you DO IT?

Hello, I have been selling large items of furniture on eBay for many years, and this is an issue I face a couple of times a year. Someone buys an item, pays for it via paypal, then takes months to collect it. I state very clearly in all my listings that collection must be within 7 days. This is really just to avoid people taking 2 months +. I am very happy to work in with couriers & understand that sometimes it will take a month or so. The vast majority of people are great and communicate and I have no issue with longer than 7 days collection. Swings and roundabouts (most are collected within the week). If the buyer has paid for the item, but I haven't received any communication (nor any response to my enquiries regarding when I can expect the item to be collected), do I have any options as a seller other than to just wait indefinitely? The issue is really that I have limited space and it costs me to store large items as I can't replace them with new items to sell. Would really appreciate any information I am not aware of, or even suggestions on how to deal with this situation. Warm Regards Leanne
