Hi there, I listed a glass item as pick up only, for obvious reasons. Last night, as soon as the auction was over, I sent an email asking would she be able to pick it up, given that she was located in another state. No reply - and then she paid for it! I've sent another email today including my phone number, saying perhaps it was an oversight on her part, and I'd happily refund her. Still no reply. I know it's still early on, but I'd like to solve this issue without getting negative feedback. I've checked my listing which clearly states "Srtictly Pick Up Only". i then checked via the eBay app (I did not use the app to list the item) and under "Postage" it says FREE POSTAGE and under that, it states "Local Pick Up". Under the section "Posts to", it says "Will not ship - Buyer must pick up" Please see attached screenshot. I'm not sure what to do. Can I cancel the order and refund her? The buyer has a score over 700, so in my opinion, she is an experienced eBayer. Thanking you in advance for your advice. tfh18
