So my customer purchased 6 cushions from my store. These cushions are sealed in clear plastic packaging, so it allows customer to view the item without the need to open the plastic. After receiving the cushions, she opened 4 of the cushions to find the cushions are not in the correct size. Our return policy clearly mentions that ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. At first, we told her that we couldn't accept the 4 opened cushions. But happy to take the 2 unopened cushions with us paying for the postage. But she is not happy with the decision. Then we tried to offer our last solution, we're happy to take ALL Cushions as long as customer pay for return. The thing with plastic packaging is they can clearly see and check the cushions. Once opened, we can't sell them anymore. Please advise on what would be the best response to this case. Attachment consists of unopened cushion with plastic packaging Our full return policy: 1.
