Hi a buyer has requested a return using the " EBay money back guarantee" the item (Garmin vivosmart hr) arrived to her and she left me positive feedback. However 28 days later she as requested the return saying it's defective and stopped working after 1 week, I sent her a massage asking what is wrong with it as she received it in good working order but have gotten no reply. I only have until the 22/02/17 before she can escalate the claim and eBay will step in. So my questions are will eBay just automatically decide in her favour?, if she has broken it after it has arrived in as described, how can I prove it. I have been with eBay since 2007 and I have 756 feedback at 100%, I don't want to ruin that. Please help with any ideas or tips, or if this has happened to you before, what happened? cheers Emma
