can i get money back from ebay?

i have one customers who offered me two items, i accepted her offer,then a few hours later, she wrote to me and asked me to cancel the two transacion, then i did, but she didn't response my cancellation, if she doesn't do, can i get ebay fees back? thank you very much if i can get someone's help.

If the buyer doesn't respond to the Cancel a Transaction Case, you can close it after 7 days and your final value fee will be refunded to you
