Missed again.
Although the 100 free only enable me to list items earlier than planned. I prefer the 10,000 free for store owners. That actually saves me money.

Ebays favourites only receive the 100 free listings as Ebay has been watching whose been naughty or nice

hi i just read what it says in the fine print to get it
and because when i use to get them i still didnt sell much that means my performance is low to ebay
even though the items i did sell got me positive feedback
i didnt sell enough lol
thats why im not getting the offers anymore
oh well i used most of my monthly 40 up today lol

Hey Tara, I only received them once. I know the feeling. My items are higher priced and not high volume so I miss out too.
