just in case anyone isnt sure where to find this offer as its not a messaged offer.

go to your selling page,

thats the one with your items listed for sale, then your sold items, then your ended items, all on the one page

scroll down to the bottom where it shows your 40 free monthly listings

you should find it there, just click on it to accept.
