Anybody else having problems ?

I received my invitation for 150 free listings and accepted the offer.  It tells me I can "start selling".

But when I go to list my item, it is still charging me the $1.50 insertion fee.

When I go to accept the invitation/offer again it tells me -  "You've already accepted the offer "List up to 150 items free!". 

Its also not showing up on the "Promotional Offers" history were you have "Start Date; End Date, Used, Left".

I've tried removing the "Automatically relist this item up to 3 times if it doesn't sell" option - but it still charges the $1.50 insertion fee.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

First of all the offer did not work and on the second try it told me the offer had expired?????

Just check the starting date.

I accept it, it said 'start selling'...  BUT the offer starts tomorrow (22nd) on mine.
