I received the email and accepted the offer. First 2 items sold no fee reduction. Contacted eBay and one item was fixed and credit received.
Second item, because buyer hadnโt paid CS said once paid the discount will be reflected. No it wasnโt.
So on the phone again. CS said doesnโt qualify because it was relisted. Why then were 2 combined items which sold, which were relisted, qualify for the promo and this one doesnโt, exactly the same scenario.
Here are the contradictions in the T&Cs
1. it doesnโt state โrelistedโ items are not eligible.
2. I sold 2 more items, both โlistedโ during the promo period but sold 1 and 2 days after the promo period ends. It doesnโt not specify โlist and sellโ, it only says โlistโ, which to me says these listing should receive the discount.
Iโve re-read the T&Cs and there is nothing that states โlist and sellโ, only โlistโ
