21 DAY HOLD FINANCIAL SERVICE OMBUDSMAN WANTS TO HEAR FROM YOU

Having lodged a complaint against Pay Pal and Ebay in regards to illegally freezing funds and also referring the matter to the privacy commisioner.  The Financial Services Ombudsman also wants to hear about accounts where funds have been placed under the 21 day hold. Their office is anticipating an across board deluge of complaints and they wish to be advised of individual cases as believe this is a breach of law.

Thank you read your artical done same they ACCC and consumer Affairs have been flooded and again Ebay is out to help buyers couldnt care less for sellers.

They frooze $99.50 and buyer still has item ???????????????????? where is the justice. May be able to do in USA or wherever BUT NOT in Australia it is ILLEGAL TO HOLD FUNDS /FREEZE FOR 21 DAYS until they decide.. what a rip off.

Not happy about this at all. If these transactions are frozen for anymore than 3 days then that is the last time i sell anything. I am 100% serious about this.. Absolute bullocks.
