Well I did email Ebay re this issue and was advised that is is $12000 per year or 100 items
As a Power Seller have sold over 100 items but have for the past couple of years ???
By the way I have sold NO WHERE NEAR the amount listed above !!
But there is no point in arguing with them.
Just a waste of time!!

I'm the same helen, nowhere near the threshold but all of a sudden I cannot do the 3 auto relists. I've tried revising on another day and on the phone app - no joy...frustrating. $12K nope or 100 items sold - nope...

At least they have confirmed what we thought were the limits......
Shame they just can't put this information on their help page .... I suppose it would expose their customer service staff further from the bs they tell people.
How frustrating !!

That's where they shoot themselves in the foot. It's $12,000 AND 100 items. Well, that's how it's panned out over the last few years for most people anyway. They need to update their computer generated replies.

They are never going to put an official number on something like that.
If they did, the people who get shafted by their automata (human and algorithmic) would have a legitimate means of appeal. While it is an unstated 'requirement' it is not open to interpretation by sellers who allegedly don't qualify.

They have in the past published the $12K figure on their website.
So never say never.

But they don't/won't be held to it, as it is not an official policy.
Quite obviously, given members who shouldn't be excluded are.

The fact is they have published the details of the $$ limit - it was $12K and it was published as a policy of eBay.
Whether "they" will be held on it depends on what stories the customer service reps make up on the day.
Don't think that most of the front line customer service reps I have come into contact with would know what an actual eBay policy if they fell over it.
