Ive listed with Turbo Listed when there was a promotion on. It calculated my fees in full, but when I actually confirmed to listing them and it all went through I was charge $0 🙂 That was in the December free listings.

When you upload listings from Turbo Lister (even if you are eligible for the free listing) it will show a listing fee, but also a disclaimer which says that if you are eligible for free listings the fee will not be charged.  So try one only and see if that is the case.  If you are charged a listing fee for that one listing then it may be that you are not eligible for this free listing promotion.  HTH
