78 out of 200 non paying comments, invalid user id

hi, i sold a 200.00 dress to someone yesterday, I had best offer but she just brought at asking price, I checked her feedback , first 200 has 78 non payments under positive feedback symbol,checked the rest and added up 160 non payments all under poitive sign.She has only been a member since 2012. I went to put her on blocked list and comes up " invalid user id". I have not heard from her and if i do should i be sending to a invalid id or do i ring ebay so they might be able to cancel sale.Some of the feedback says " done it again to me" and very nasty, so she seems to rebuy off some sellers just to cause dramas. any help would be appreciated, I have already had one really bad experience and i cannot go threw that again, so would be greatfull for some advice,thanks..

Most definately call Ebay and tell them about it.  I think it's time Ebay got rid of this type of Rubbish Buyer.   I know it's diffucult for them to do so, as they only pop up again with a different user name etc. 😞 😞

So you are tasling notice of 78 members who are prepared to breach ebay policy which shouldn't be any surprise as you yourself don't seem to think stickng to the rules matters. That dress is in breach of listing policy as you are not allowed to use stock photos as the main pic for a second hand item.

If the buyer has paid and you are posting by a fully trasckable and insured method as you surely would be anyway for an item of that value then what is the problem?

If the sale is there in your items sold then the buyer has not been NARUd and you have probably made a typo when searching for their id.

Another serial non payer .... grrrrr

IMO open an unpaid dispute the moment you can, four days after sale, then close it after another 4 days days, when it shows you can close this dispute now that way you get your final value fees back.

And, if you don't have them set, put your non payment blocks in place.

I personally would refrain from any personal contact with a buyer such as this, as based on the feedback you report, they seem inclined to be vindictive.

I would also very much appreciate it if you could send me a message with the buyers ID so I could add it to my own BBL list and also report the pest ID to eBay too.

I fail to understand why 'helpers' would fail to answer someones query whilst questioning their listing policies. By all means, one could offer advice.

Sorry but I am a great believer in the people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones philosophy and do not see breaching one rule as any better or worse than breaching another.

The remedy is simple anyway, if the sellers who waste their time leaving false positives instead went through the unpaid item process and all other sellers had their buyer blocks in place then the buyer would not have been able to purchase.
