A buyer hasn't paid for an item. I opened a case for the item which. When should I cancel the order?

Hi. I sold an item in an auction on 22 Oct 15. The buyer didn't / hasn't paid despite three chase ups. I opened a case against the buyer on 12 Nov 15. When can I / should I cancel the order? Thanks!

You can close the case 4-days after you opened it. Its now been 9-days so it can now be closed.

Closing the case will automatically cancel the transaction and you will then get back your FVF's.

Go to the rdesolution centre to close the case.

Click where it says Take Action then choose Receive Fee Credit

And hurry up. You only get about 32 days from transaction to finalise a case and get your FVF back
