One of the conditions to display the little ebay premium service badge is that you MUST offer express post as an option.

But there is nothing to say what it should be priced at.

So clearly this seller does not want to send express from UK to AU so he prices express at $1,000.

Gets his little badge and nobody will ever request express at that price.
