I am trying to list items and get this error message, "A payment method has to be set up so you can continue to sell on eBay". I have never set one up and always pay using a one off payment. Have been doing so for menay years.

Is this new? How do I get around it?

you used to be able to just amble aloong paying as you sell, but now all ''new'' or ''lapsed'' sellers have to actually link either their c/card or their Paypal to pay their ebay monthly invoice

I'm not new or lapsed. Been selling this way for 8 years.

I don't want ebay controlling when I pay my invoice. I don't have much money in my paypal account and transfer it in as i need to.

I also do not give ebay access to my funds and pay as I go. I am not getting that message.
