A buyer is having a problem with the checkout at the moment.
He has tried a few of my items and the checkout won't let him go any further.
Within 5 minutes of he messaging me, I had a sale so it doesn't seem to be at my end.
The sale was very straight forward.
He states he doesn't have a problem with other sellers, only me(why me???? LOL)
I have the usual blocks in place. He has a lowish feedback but I don't block them
Any clues please??

Do you have non payers blocked - he may have more than 3 strikes for non paying.
Is he using a PC or mobile device. Mobiles are fraut with glitches and problems. Dont know why people bother with mobiles

I added him to the exemption list.
The transaction has gone through like a charm!!

I'd be checking your buyer requirement activity log to see which block was blocking them.....just out of curiosity.
