I've noticed recently that ebay have atick in my listing content for 'Click and Collect'.
I want to delete this permanantly, because each time i revise an item it is put back again.
I have had to cancel bids and listing due to this happening when i have not noticed.
I can't offer this service, there would be no point in selling.

All of my accounts where set as opted out of c&c but ebay seem to have over-ridden the settings on two of my accounts. I had to go back into site preferences and opt out again as c & c was appearing on my listings. I,m pretty sure its not just a glitch.
Not very proffesional ebay to be changing our stated preferences. Just another reason to get sellers backs up, rather than showing support for them.

Thanks again all done, lets hope it doesn't get reversed as someone else below has mentioned.

I have also noticed that ebay has elected to allow buyers to "make an offer"which I have not invited on any of my listings!!
Why is it that ebay are able to manipulate our listing criteria and conditions... not good.

Just mentioning up front that I am in no way trying to talk you into keeping click and collect as an option for your buyers (I don't have it on my listings either), but just reading this I thought I'd clarify that when a buyer chooses the click and collect option, instead of posting the item directly to them, you post it to a Woolworths or Big W, and include a unique collection code on the shipping label. The buyer then gets notified after it's delivered to whichever store they selected, to go and pick it up.
In other words, your ship-to-buyer process really doesn't change in any way, it's only the buyer whose delivery / collection method changes.
