No, unfortunately. You could try sending a suggestion to eBay using the Tell us what you think link at the top of the page to maybe at least re-order the options so that the print postage label option isn't at the top once a purchase has been made.

you can't re order them. that's an eBay thing, but you don't have to select or use them in the order tht eBay "suggests".

(BTW, using all capitals when communicating in text is considered to be shouting (usually in anger) and thus rude. Thus if you communicated with eBay in this manner, it is no doubt that they did hear you, but are unsure how to respond,

Am I seeing something others are not when an item is sold? The print label option is there but there is no way I have ever had to select and use it. For most of my items I just log into click & send and import the paid for items and anything that isn't going c&s I get the address from Paypal or from SM if they have paid by bank deposit. I then just write the address label as I have always done.

It's just a little annoying for those of us who are used to using the All Selling page, but don't use C&S for the majority of packages.

'Mark as sent' used to be the first option that was displayed, with all other options in the dropdown menu, so on the selling page I could just single-click each one in the list that has been posted, which made things nice n' easy (in Firefox, anyway, in Chrome the page refreshes after each click to update the status as sent).

With the print postage label as the first option, you have to bring up the dropdown menu on each one, then click mark as sent - a minor imposition, I know, but it's not as quick and easy, hence it inspires consternation. 

For those that have selling manager, it's now easier to go to items awaiting postage, click all the sales that have been posted and update the status on them all at once.

If you do not wish to use it,then use the scroll bar to get the option you want.
