USA 9% of item selling price + P&H (Maximum fee is $250)

I THINK the US sellers also pay FVF on the postage as well.

There is then no FVF avoidance by selling a $250 item for $1 with $249 postage as fees are charged on postage as well.

Thanks for those stats. 🙂
I listed one item on eBay.com last year and it sold but the payment went into my old PP account, which I don't have the password for as it's years old. So, to this day, I have never gotten the money. I haven't listed there since. I think they may use your registration email as the automatic PP email to send funds, instead of having a separate PP email that you can use. Not sure on that.

Can't you just call PayPal and explain that situation so you can get access to your old account?
