Account managers

Was told a while ago once a store reaches a certain limit eBay will assign that seller an account manager to assist dealing wtih any questions or issues that seller may have

Does anyone know the volume that needs to be reached in order to get an Account Manager

Only very large accounts qualify and you still need to be chosen by eBay, it's not automatic for reaching a certain level.

I read someone with over $2 million in sales a year and TR still didn't get one.

I believe it's only for Anchor stores.

We've just been notified eBay has "paused' the account management service. Which is a shame, we actually thought eBay was getting somewhere with their communication and service towards business sellers. Hopefully, it will come back soon.
