As has been stated by most posters, if your items keep getting pulled and your account is getting suspended, then you WILL get kicked off eBay if you keep doing it.
Crying about how unfair it is is unproductive. And will result in you having a lot of stock you can't sell.
A question however. If other people are mugging passersby to make ends meet, do you think it would be okay for you to do it, too? If you got caught and they didn't, do you think the judge would let you go with a warning? Even if you fronted up for the same reason multiple times?

Just to add to what dave has said, if you do get booted off eBay then it's likely that everyone in your household will get booted as well, or at the very least will be unable to sell on eBay.
Don't think that you can just open a new account, because that will be shut down faster than a maggot crawling up a cabbage.
